NX3 Commercial Group brokers net-lease commercial property. The engagement covered a complete rebuild of their website, moving off plugin dependencies onto custom-built components.

The core of it is a listings engine. Every property is filterable by tenant, state, and sector, and carries structured property data on its own page, which is what lets a listing appear as a result rather than as an image a search engine cannot read.

The same structure serves the search work: rewritten titles and descriptions, schema, clean URLs with redirects so nothing loses rank, and branded link previews. It is also what makes the site legible to AI search tools, which read markup rather than rendered animation and otherwise report an empty page.
